Our Refund Policy


If compost worms or bait worms you have purchased directly from us have arrived dead, we are happy to replace them for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of the worms being delivered to you to be eligible for replacement . We may ask for photos to help us understand what might have happened.
We do not refund worm purchases.


The first membership payment is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you don’t like this amazing learning experience, you can get a full refund anytime within 14 days from your purchase of “The Worm Course & Community” membership.

Simply email us at support @ myfriendscompost.com and let us know what particularly you weren’t satisfied with and we’ll issue you a swift refund. You’ll also be immediately removed from our Community.

All subsequent monthly / annual membership subscription payments are final and non refundable. 

To cancel your membership subscription please email us at support @ myfriendscompost.com and let us know the name and email address you used to create your membership.
We’ll cancel your subscription within 7 days of receiving your request to cancel.

Refunds are made back to the card they originally cam from and once processed all your login and membership accesses will be removed and any accounts you have with us will be closed.
You will be unable to enrol in this course again.

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of gift cards,  online courses and digital products are final and non refundable.
