If compost worms or bait worms you have purchased directly from us have arrived dead, we are happy to replace them for you. Please contact us within 48 hours of the worms being delivered to you to be eligible for replacement . We may ask for photos to help us understand what might have happened.
We do not refund worm purchases.

In general, our paid courses have a 14 day money back guarantee with stipulations.

The “Worm Composting Success” online course has a 14 day money back guarantee.
If you are unhappy at all with the course within 14 days of purchase, you can request a refund by emailing us at support @ myfriendscompost.com and letting us exactly know what you’re unhappy about.
Refunds are made back to the card or paypal account they originally cam from and once processed all your login and membership accesses will be removed and any accounts you have with us will be closed.
You will be unable to enrol in this course again.
